• Business Tier: Advanced features, higher or unlimited resource limits, and enterprise functionality

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts due. Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy.

KirokuForms implements tiered branding requirements based on your subscription level:

• Free Tier: All forms must include the "Powered by KirokuForms" branding. Removing or obscuring this branding is a violation of these Terms.
• Pro and Business Tiers: You may choose to remove the "Powered by KirokuForms" branding from your forms.

Violation of these branding requirements may result in suspension or termination of your account, limitations on form functionality, or additional charges.

When using KirokuForms to collect data from individuals:

• You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws
• You must provide appropriate privacy notices to individuals
• You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents
• You must handle the collected data in accordance with your privacy policy and applicable laws

GDPR Compliance

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and where GDPR applies:

• We serve as a data processor for the form submission data you collect, while you remain the data controller
• We serve as a data controller for your account information and usage data
